Russian Association of Networks and Services (RANS) is a public and governmental organization.
The setting up of RANS was initiated by the Ministry of Communication and Informatization of the Russian Federation on the 30th of August, 1994.
Unique status of public and governmental organization RANS got after special decree of Mr. Vladimir Putin № 77-p from 19.01.2000.
At present RANS has over 110 members from all over Russia: Universities, Scientific Institutions, Ministries, legal and insurance companies, operators, ISPs, vendors, users.
Set of representatives of large foreign companies, which work in Russia.
RANS mission
RANS through it’s members activity is a catalyst of realization of needs for users, business and governmental bodies in infocommunication and information security technologies.
